Estimator

Pronto Paving, Inc. is currently seeking to hire an Estimator for our growing company. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for developing and preparing price estimates and bid proposals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to review detailed plan drawings and Blueprints with Takeoff Software Bluebeam.

• Ability to utilize plans, specifications, and experience of the construction industry to analyze project needs and compile detailed cost estimates.

• Obtain quotes from Suppliers.

• Visit Job sites for Meetings, Walk-Throughs, Etc.

• Walk perspective work sites and maintain communication with customers.
  

Ideal candidate Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately read and understand contract specifications and language, as well as other technical documents.

• Minimum of 2 Years experience in the industry.

• Able to navigate and utilize Construction Network websites such as Building Connect, Construct Connect, Etc.

• Proficient with computer skills and applications, primarily Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Well organized, flexible, detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
